Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During high-demand periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Costs

Free shipping applies to selected products, bundles, or minimum order values.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking link.

Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to update.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Fitventure is not responsible for:

• Incorrect addresses
• Failed delivery attempts
• Packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer input errors

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact our support team.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and assist you as quickly as possible.

Fitventure is not responsible for carrier-related delays once the package has been shipped.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or other local fees depending on their country’s regulations.

These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the customer.


Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged product
• Photos of the packaging

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
